@Dg573974. Agreed mate. After Consolidation, it gives the price furthur to fall. Have a look at what happened to Capral.

JAT has us all over a barrel. If we don't take up the shares, we suffer dillution in the value of our holdings. If we do we still suffer dilution because what the company has planned, after it has spent the money, will not add much to the value of the company. So you will own more shares in a company thet is worth little more. The share price will go down. You will initially have more shares worth the increased value, at the same price 0.05ea.. If the shares go down by the amount raised, you will have the previous overall value, just worth less each. That to me, is dilution.
