1 The new spun out entity will be well capitalized.
2 It will have a small share registry that will likely be tightly held.
3 It will likely be run for the benefit of long term shareholders.
4 It will likely have first grade assets that have excellent future prospects.
5 Ian Buckhorn will have a large holding based on his Ardea holdings.
The new company will have every opportunity to succeed and thrive in todays world.
