    I appreciate your perspective. I do recall reading some of your earlier posts in afterpay. I think where this company has gone wrong is it’s pursuit of the $0-$1000 market. That land grab was well and truly over by the time they got to expanding. This was never going to be the growth behemoth that afterpay was. Touting it as such was a mistake many have made, including myself when BNPL was taking off.

    Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
    As a value play, Humm fit the bill. It was turning over a steady profit, all sums of the business were profitable and then the expansion came the bigger push into the $0-$1000 market and the loss making began. Dragging down CNPAT, resulting in less confidence in the business. The market knew it was going to grow, so why are they losing money ultimately was the question…
