I am surprised that LATITUDE just walked away and there was NO BREAK AWAY PENALTY for them.
The dela was open for so long since early 2022 and no one thought about including a break away fee in the contract. Had there been one I am sure LFS would have come back with a counter offer, also given that the deal would have given them a crack into ASX200.........can't understand why would they want to lose this chance.......its a lost opportunity for them as well.....wonder what their SH are thinking....
