Ridiculous to think they have taken six months to accomplish this mess. They all need to go. They should let the meeting go ahead on June 23rd as a vote of no confidence instead. Face the shareholders.
Bad day to announce this, but I still think some big buyers will be lurking in the wings to scoop up the shares when they call the bottom. Those that have the luxury of playing the long game will see through this crap and make their own long-term valuation.
