Firstly this is very cringe. Secondly, it seems like the person writing the letter who owns 5% thinks he owns the company and doesn't like other views only those that suit him. Basically, with his 5% share holding he is trying to do the SAME THING as those owning 16% of the company. He is painting a picture but it would be much easier, simpler and quicker to stand infront of the mirror.
