    gotta laugh. when I saw that trading halt I thought to myself, Maybe they are buying Ballarat

    Well whaddaya know...

    1 billion shares to issue, that gives existing shareholders 19% of the new company. I assume they will do a deal for existing shareholders to not get diluted and I am more than happy to punt more money in at 4c .
