I actually think that this is a good move for NCM, get LGL at a decent price, add to existing reserves which is what they need anyway, NCM management far better than LGL as they have outperformed LGL by far over the years. So could be a good move, I do hold LGL & NCM, lot's more NCM but still making a bit of money on LGL.
