NCM is aware they are not large enough to fend off interest from the internationals, therefore only by bulking up can they shore their defences up.
Not a good deal as it'll be scrip issuance like confetti which isn't what i want as a holder.
Feeling is that both are in play, NCM just pre-empted any other moves.
