    re: Ann: LGL rejects acquisition proposal fro... Just to be Deveils Advocate. Can NCM afford to pay more, Will their shareholders go for the deal. How dilutive will it be to them to offer more. Will NCM walk away at this point and what is SP worth if this happens?. Is this as good as it gets for LGL...

    We seem to have run out of puff at 3.95 and fair enough as 30% is big jump for a day, but, if the big boys thought that a substantial increase in the offer was a possibility, would they not still be happy to continue buying to near that level???

    Thoughts anyone
