re: Ann: LGL: LGL rejects acquisition proposa... all part of the historical game, they raise resources for gains and to replenish on paper what they have mined,,they suck capital and the sell the dream of gold price..............and they take over companies for in the hope of synergies, larger resources and the promise of massive earnings sometime in the future......over time they have problems need more capital and the cycle begins again......
