I must point out that the 26 min mark, Thomas states that-
While the 3 JV projects are being explored by the JV partners, of the 100% projects remaining, Drake is the next one to be explored.
I think it is worth listening a 2nd time or more to understand Drake.
If you're anything like me, It takes a few times for all the data to sink in.
Drake has intersection across that Caldera that are 5km apart.
The grades are ridiculously high so any work done there should get some early results.
Low hanging fruit?
I think that is why Drake is the next target.
Get the sp up and then raise for an exploration increase.

I would also like to add that I usually struggle to listen to Geo's perspectives as they can be quite boring.
Thomas started off that way but didn't take long before he really got my attention with the explanations of the projects and the JV's.
Hats off to a great job done by Thomas.
