    Overcapitalise on a massive European facility specifically with the aim of targeting the European market.

    Realise you’ve overcapitalised and your market is not big enough.. Couple this with soaring energy costs.

    Decide to ”right size” the business - export back into Australia (even though you already own an Australian grow facility).

    Ask shareholders for more money - piggy bank now empty.

    Try and convince shareholders this was the plan all along.

    Genius.
