Hey GeoFiji
Playing the hypothetical scenario of a merger between HMX & CNB (Carnammer Consolidated) in the ratio of 10:1 how would the MC of the new entity be estimated? Surely adding the MCs of the two would be an over simplification. There are the economies of scale in administration and in projects such as Mt Hope to factor in. I'm really out of my depth here. Any guidance would be appreciated. TIA
