    There is no "fair valuation". It's all a question of perception. CNB seemed cheaply valued 12 months ago at an SP of 1.60 compared to future potential - trades today at 44 cents. HMX was 75% higher around 4 weeks ago. Much has been written about it here. Everyone can take his pick.
