Great existing partners, but still no mention of the potential for EV's yet the energy density potential of sulpher can theoretically either double the range or halve the EV battery pack vs Li-nickel etc. Puzzling they don't mention it or maybe they realise they would merely licence the tech to car battery makers who are massive and are therefore under strict non-disclosure agreements? Is that unreasonable? Well no, a competitor like Lyten https://lyten.com/cleantech-talk-with-celina-mikolajczak-leading-lyten-into-new-lithium-sulfur-battery-era/ talk about the EV market being the primary target market which the likes of vehicle giant Stellantis has recognised, yet barely a peep out of Li-S.

That being said, the drone market will clearly flock to this tech, time in the air is way more valuable than the cost of the battery, no matter how high, and they can soon manufacture a finished product in house.

As long as the Li-S tech moat, as claimed in the presentation, holds and is superior to the likes of Lyten graphine based Li-suplher tech, Li-S truly appears to be the leader in next gen battery tech despite the reality of a crowded market and savage competiton however sulpher clearly seems to be the future so whoever can tame the beast the best will surely win. Li-S appears to have a better Wh/Kg advantage from what I can gather and what they claim.

For the electrification of everything using green energy is now entering the exponetial growth phase which assures truly massive and exposive revenues to those who have the goods and replacing the nickel and other less abundant and expensive components out of Li batteries with cheap but energy dense sulpher has massive implications https://www.greenbiz.com/article/promise-lithium-sulfur-battery for heavy duty applications such as aircraft, heavy trucks , locomotives and shipping that require huge batteries consisting of cheaper yet more powerful components and Ev's that need less weight combined with more power and longer range for the mass market without having to use expensive metals such as nickel or cobalt. Lithium and sulpher are both abundant.

The only other downside in the presentation was the underwhelming goals for 2024, a bit of speculation on how the samples would likely be received would not have been out of place IMHO but I guess its better to under promise and over deliver on that front.
