seems that pablo has the experience, and everyone around him has special needs

we require the JV to stop feeding and start acting like a real company. A few good employees would be more effective and efficient than 190 volunteers, everyone who has worked knows someone that doesn't pull their weight, we have over 100 and still hiring....

some of these 190 should have already worked out what's required
