    Nonsense, come on?? The product would have been qualified then purchased. 20 tonnes is a serious amount of lithium considering a mobile phone only has a couple of grams of lithium. You're grossly mistaken to think it's just bought 'to test' the product. It has been purchased as a big order from a battery manufacturer.
