    NHC states:

    The Company confirms that itwill not undertake any activity under its ordinary share buy-back announced on
    3 November 2022 until the completion of the pricing period for the Note Repurchase.

    ------------

    So if one correctly reads this, the share buyback ceases until mid-March 2023.

    Am I missing something?
