I’ve never liked to notes. Was done without any strategy as to why the cash was needed. Was obscure in terms those that where invited to participate and far too generous. And now it’s called a f($$cking liability and needs to be managed. Sorry but I call it as I see it and this is amateur hour. Lucky we have a shed load of cash.
