The government was never the issue.
They only have a couple months of cash left before they are down to a pretty dire cash situation and I don't blame Scott either as he thought the PPSA would be done and dusted by now.
If it isn't done soon then a raise is probably the most imminent thing that will happen.
But who knows maybe the Zimbabwe investors do come through after all these months.
