While purely speculative, the question in my mind is: Under what conditions was this exploration license issued?
As I understand it, the Greenland Government introduced a Royalty payment on mined Zinc a few years ago, so one would expect that IBG has agreed to the payment of Royalties should the new exploration lease be commercial.
Although the Citronen exploration licence was issued before this legislation was introduced, is the Greenland Government softening IBG up to accept the Royalty on Citronen, by issuing further licenses under the new conditions?
I believe that the IBG share price should have risen more than it has, given where the price of Zinc now sits - and feel that the share price remains stuck where it is because of the question mark around issuing of a mining license.
