Yachtie's being optimistic and you need to be optimistic to get big things done.
You also need to have enough faith/ be persistent enough to work through the hurdles.
To be fair (possibly more to your liking) there's enough inherent uplift in SP to allow reward for staying to get over each of the hurdles I have mentioned.
