I like this deal ... and I am happy with how the pricing of the 2nd tranche of shares is being handled. I hope at the AGM we get a sense of what economics they believe can be unlocked in Japan for Cognigram and if there are other potential licensing deals in the works.
I was disappointed with the results , not so much the results themselves as they were pretty much baked in the cake, more the level of colour around the sales pipeline. Maybe that is something we will get more of at the AGM but I would liked to have seen that explored a bit more. It was also good to see that Cognigram was an EBITDA positive contributor in the 2nd half of last year.
