Cracked, as I posted on the other thread I do expect another announcement - being an incentive announcement to not dump SER come next Thursday - here is what I posted

"Per the AK interview, MM said is looking to have an incentive for SER shareholders post demerger - objective to encourage shareholders not to sell SER after the demerger [I am on the record that might do it to help pay for Ionic IPO].

This implies there will be another announcement - "an incentive announcement" latest the time of the demerger meeting. But before COB Friday will give shareholders and investors more time to ponder over the long weekend.
To me this is code for the sp to be a lot higher than todays 6.8 - before the "incentive announcement" and before the demerger meeting.
Take it one step further and Wednesday 10th the sp could possibly crack the 52 week high.

On another note if some of the would be seed capital investors realize they may miss out, then the only way they can be assured of Ionic shares is to own SER shares - the sooner the cheaper cost"


Now we have to wait and see what happens re Ionic and SER's other interests ie -drilling north of Myall Creek is due to happen in June.
