    Further to my post 31/10 re Dixon's exciting announcements of deal with Kunovus. Their KT009 patents are U.S. only, old circa 2007, and unproven. Kunovus didn't pursue commercializing KT009, instead they have taken a different approach to the disc degeneration problem. They have four new patents for tissue prosthesis insertion system. Also Medigard doesn't have any special syringe technology - ceased - expired. The whole deal is a pointless exercise. More detailed comment to come.
