A bit of a nothing and potentially misleading announcement, really. These are not the licences everyone is looking for. They are industrial hemp fibre licences. Also, the mention of fibre and food could be misleading, as, under current regulations, mixed use crops (e.g. fibre/food and MC extraction from the one crop) are not allowed. Here's hoping the regulations change, because it seems a waste to have to throw out fibre from plant used for MC when it could be used as a byproduct, but that is government regs for you.
