It sounds like the previous flow sheet, which was not even breaching the EGR patent previously, was not as good.
Meanwhile EGR continues to patent non-novel or inventive chemical process which is inferior, and will be essentially worthless at the end of the day.
I do not wish any failure for EGR, but the company directors maybe need to focus on progress to making money rather than frivolous patent applications as a means of life support.
