That is not correct! Have you read the announcement?
It says, unambiguously, that Xped will receive "17.95% per chipset sold" which include ADRC.
That is, 17.95% of the chip selling price - not 17.95% of Telink's cut.
Iot chipset selling prices seem to be around $5 - with Telink claiming they have the lowest cost chips - so maybe around $3-5.
