CFO are the only ones that can manufacture cfoam so any contracts would have to be with cfo... If touchstone sells any cfoam then CFO is the supplier of cfoam and touchstone would have to purchase it from CFO...
Either way CFO gets the sales...
Touchstone sold them the business... Remember?? Read over the announcements.. Better yet look back at my previous posts last week where I cut and pasted about this very thing...
CFO owns the patents and all further developments on the technology...
