The battle for minerals in South Greenland continuesThe former Greenland Minerals, which has changed its name to Energy Transition Minerals, has, according to its website, renewed its exploration permit for Kuannersuit. They have also submitted an addendum to the application.

Energy Transition Minerals has submitted an addendum to its application for an exploitation license for rare earths and by-product uranium at Kuannersuit at Narsaq in South Greenland. The addendum proposes an alternative mining project where Uranium is not sold but is considered waste material and landfilled with the rest of the tailings from the project.
