Because it would not be compulsory for Sandoz to be committed to an entire licensing agreement . There would be an option that on the success of the trial Sandoz 'may' proceed with the agreement 're royalties etc There's not a general counsel in Australia that would sign off on anything else .
Consequently they could develop their own product as I've suggested
