As with any investment, conditions change. Evidence changes as does sentiment. Avecho has a long, dark history. Based on that sentiment you would never invest. Playez comes from that.
however as sandoz has come on board that is a significant change. A rerate is valid. But it is only one piece of the puzzle. There is still doubt On Avecho. To overcome that doubt the following needs to happen:
1. 3 million in the account
2. increase in participants
3. reach 210 interim study
4. positive results.
if those four are met all the doubters will be wrong. The SP will skyrocket.
if they don't meet those four points posters like playez will be proven right.
I would say ethically I think playez needs to explain his connection to the company. You seem to have been close to the company at one time and that may be influencing you dislike for the company.
