THC decreases initiated sleep onset, un naturally extends 'slow wave sleep' cycle and disrupts REM sleep patterns - as such any insomnia trial incorporating THC in the dosing will sabotage trial design and compromise quality data outcomes
The data collected upon PSG analysis at the interim will benchmark N1,N2,N3 +REM and the profile distinction between those on dose ( both 75 and 150) and placebo should be statistically obvious
plenty on the web for those interested
