They have a plan to drill. They won't be mining prior to drilling, IMO. SUM will follow the plan they have stated, and it was not starting mining before drilling and proving up a resource.
There is a bit of up and down ramping going on. People get excited, and then others challenge them. SUM is currently on the ground, ticking off another step off in the process.
