Some houses, eh so what. Are they occupied? Who knows. Makes no difference for any drilling campaign and we dont know the drill targets,
It will take some time to establish a resource, multiple drill campaigns. Only matters for a mining lease and only if occupants make objections. IF there is a deposit there and IF it is mineable and IF anyone lives in those houses then a solution will likely be made somehow, usually buy them out. But that's not something that anyone needs to be bothered with pre-drill. Maybe end 2025 if a resource is there.
