    Ok, lets explore that..

    To supply WaaS, FBR needs HX machines. Seems an obvious statement.
    If an OEM produces the HX machines, how do FBR get those HX machines to supply WaaS?
    Is the OEM selling (or leasing) the HX machines back to FBR? The OEM obviously needs to make a profit on each HX unit built.
    For FBR to do either the buying or leasing the HX machines from the OEM will require a massive injection of funds to have enough HX machines for WaaS to be viable.
    (assuming there is demand for WaaS and I don't see any evidence that there is demand for WaaS that is outstripping FBRs current capability to supply WaaS).

    Or is there something I'm missing here?
