This pump is definitely not going to plan....management will be spewing at the reaction in share price to the last two announcements. Maybe everyone has read The Boy Who Cried Wolf and has already been burnt too many times here.
Standby for an early next week announcement of "FBR are proud to announce we have secured a 'non-dilutive' finance facility to fund St James at the low cost of 17.5%"
