Doesn't patent run out in 2029 anyway?
Real value will be in QPMs knowledge of the process & improvements made during the extensive piloting.
So say for a competitor 2 years piloting + 5 years design and construction minimum means earliest possible competitor 2027.
Not seeing the patent being worth much more than the paper it's written on.
