What has been over promised?I'm not understanding this, what was 'expectations' vs what is 'reality'?
The company is doing what it set out to do. The last 'real' set back was announced on 31st of December, when they said we had to use Novotech in India to do the PCT for saliva.
What's changed (fundamentally) since the 25.5c from this morning?
