I 100% agree about Ultranode. the 1000 cycles at 80% retention is the industry benchmark but will it be the trigger for commercial deals

we had this in the annual report about the mercedes /anteo battery program

"In conclusion, we were able to demonstrate that an anode formulation optimised with Anteo X could improve battery performance by up to 38% while also minimising costs and improving safety by reducing carbon nanotube content by up to 50%."

    38% improvement is from a Si/C anode formulation - 600mAh/g

    then from the agm

if anteotech/mercedes600 mAh/g battery achieved 38% improved performance what would a 1000 mAh/g battery achieve? what performance would that give even at 900 cycles @ 70% energy retention. I would assume significant.

also from the agm +22% cycle life and +24% capacity. anteotech have improved the volume of battery testing earlier in the year to 1400 individual tests. so many different cathode/electrolyte combo would be running at the moment.

would the next breakthrough of say 950 cycles at 75% capacity be enough evidence for one of these majors?

IMO, any deal won't be for a completed product but some form of jv where both teams work on the finalised product.
