Relatively small amount of share made available. There would have been some mates offered the shares for a quick flip at 10% discount. You can't have ppl buying in IPO and having a loss first day. That's not considered a good IPO.
I actually expect it to have a good run on open then a drop before settling close to or better than current ASX price. The low float in the US I think will try to drive the SP higher over the next few weeks but we have to see some of these scum funds like Regal play the arbitrage game when ASX opens each day.
Hopefully, the company will achieve what they set out to do which is get US valuations on a very easy to understand and high public profile SAS business. There's a huge number more users in the US compared to here. Lots more eyes on the shares.
