If so, why didn't CH mention this just over a week ago at the Q3 results, but then decided to mention it when they were trying to raise funds?
360 may well be in talks, but I'd call this opaque rather than transparent in terms of selective disclosure.
I'm all for reading the room and realising that capital markets could get tougher, thus locking in capital.
Credit to BP for getting this away at $6.30...but the after market will be difficult without some corporate news...as we can see this morning - now trading marginally below placement price ($6.22 as I write) so retail investors who wish to buy in get the opportunity at a wider discount.
