Not surprised at all. Heads of Agreement for distribution is par the course these days for any company with a 'valid' product. It's a tick among a long checklist. Binding agreement is obviously better, albeit forecast to the market in advance, is now expectation in its own right.

Value of the initial purchase order could/should have been disclosed to buoy confidence. Nothing to suggest it would be overly confidential in nature. It could be $10k, or it could be $200k. Market will assume the former, thus dematerialising what is yes, otherwise good progress. Also need to look at the merits of the company in agreement with. It's all fine and well to spruik it as a fast growing company going into 'friendly' new territories, but it's still a micro cap company. Perhaps material for us at a relative level, difficult to necessarily say so at an absolute level.

Peak's record with CLB, TYM, G88 amongst others might also shed some light on low liquidity. Charts there speak for themselves, as far as support.
