1. Please note, NOPTA staff will be working remotely on 23 and 24 December 2020. NOPTA will shutdown over the Christmas/New Year period, starting COB 24 December 2020 and re-opening 4 January 2021.

31/12/2020

1. BPH released an announcement for fund raising for Shareholders of Advent (Read Advent and not BPH).
2. ASX Issues a pause in trading (a "please explain" for releasing a fund raise announcement for an unlisted company for which BPH has a substantial holding)
3. Shortly after ASX notifies the market with a Disregard Announcement Announcement and BPH is placed into a Trading Halt until Tuesday 5th January 2021 or earlier if an announcement is made.(Note: At this time BUY is still trading so it is unlikely to be NOPTA related at this stage even though most of us which it was.)
4. ASX closes early at 2 pm due to NYE and closes for Friday Public holiday and the weekend

1. BPH releases Lifting of Halt announcement clarifying that the original announcement on Thursday did not comply with ASX Policy. BPH also uses this announcement to extract pertinent information from the original Advent announcement and provide this to BPH Shareholders (NOPTA update - Final decision phase, Advent Raise - BPH will sub-underwrite the raise for $1,00,000, which was raised last year with the last CR)
2. NOPTA office reopens
