It's not memory loss, it's just that their place in history isn't terribly relevent to their situation today. MMR need to raise $3M+ in cash to maintain their 48% plus issue another approx. $1M in stock to Advent in relation to the writs. They need to do that as they are about to tick over one year of voluntary suspension. The JV would benefit from a fit and healthy MMR but I am sure even the most optimistic MMR shareholder would be holding real concerns about if/how Breeze is going to be able to pull that off. GLTAH of MMR.
