Alpaka - tend to agree. I think Geolord was anyway doing the medieval "rape and pillage" job on Kin - conditional deal that would reduce Geolord's risk and also a net investment price of about 12.6 cents + 2 directors would have left Kin very hamstrung to bring in other funds at 15 cents.
Now have space and funds to do the JORC upgrade + some specific drilling and most importantly to get dirt out and cash in.
I have to say the board has some serious balls. I haven't seen a board of a small cap dig into their pockets so deep.
