Becuase ROC and BRU dont care about the SP obviously.. if they did we may not be at 25c in the middle of another years drill campaigns.. market has priced in zero upside by the looks, of course the downside never fails to materialise on such news.
Market already knew this anyway right.. so maybe dump into the press release after the fact?
