I have heard some really strange things on this forum but "I'm 100% sure that LIFX and OHM will spend the first 3 to 4 yrs apart" has really got to take top billing!
How anyone could believe that and still hold shares is beyond comprehension. I don't know anymore than anybody else here but I'm pretty confident that any business that didn't seek to fully exploit every opportunity of marrying the two technologies ASAP won't exist in 3 to 4 years.
