May I also just add to this info that the BUD board members do not get paid cash, just shares. So if they want to take some money off the table for their work that means they have to sell some shares. Fine with me.

As for those still complaining about the CEO selling, this has been beaten to death but I still say it's no big deal. Keep in mind that as a founder, he probably didn't get a salary during the start-up phase years, and could very well and put a significant amount of his own savings into the company during that time. A lot of founders do that. The guy is still the #1 shareholder. It's not like he cashed out and bought an island or something.
